Is a British artist working within the traditions of painting, drawing, sculpture and printmaking. A graduate of KIAD and The Glasgow School of Art, his dark figurative landscapes with ambiguous narratives are amplified with a synthetic spectral use of colour. With their lyrical subjectivity and epic monumentality they echo the language of master painting in a haunting and profound way. His work explores emotive contemporary questions regarding the transcendent nature and timeless aspects of the human condition.
